Legal Question in Family Law in California
relinquishingrights to property
My current wife has been asking me for a divorce since January, we had a baby in March, she kicked me out in May, and she is asking me to relinquish any rights to a property she is about to buy now in July. Should I sign the interspousal deed and trust?
p.s. Her reasoning for the divorce after a little over a year is that I don't make enough money.
