Legal Question in Family Law in California

Relocating

I want to move to another state with my children ...My Daughters dad refusses to let me leave the county let alone the state ...I have custodial and we have joint physical ..his visitations is every other weekend and alternating weekends and half her vacations ...He calls and cancels his times when ever he wants he does not call in between pickup days ...what are my chances...

I recently taught a seminar of attorneys on the issue of moving the children away from the other parent. There are many factors to be considered by the court. Too many to deal with in an e-mail. You should talk to an attorney who is familiar with move-away cases in your county. The answer can also vary from judge to judge. Talk to an attorney, its not impossible or even improbable.
