Look at the judicial form called the Judgment. In it's original form it is pink (at least it is in San Diego County). You will find one line were it is printed "The parties are restored to the status of single persons on" and the clerk or someone should have put in a date. You can remarry on or after that date.

About 8 seconds. How long will it take you to leave the courtroom? Unlike some states, in California, there is no statutory waiting period after a dissolution is "final". The judgment tells you when you are resoptreed tonthebststus of an unmarried personb. Note that you may need a certified copy7 of the judgment to obtain a marriage license.
