Legal Question in Family Law in California

I remarriage 3 months before my divorce is final because of my husband was going to have a surgery & the hospital required the direct family to sign the papers, anyway, my sister told me afterward that my marriage is not legal or void, I wondered what should I do, should I apply the annulment or the marriage will automatically be void?

Your post is confusingly worded. If you married someone else prior to your divorce being final, your second marriage is null on the grounds of bigamy. In that case, you would seek annulment of the second marriage.

If you married the same person prior to the divorce being final, there was no need to do this and the marriage was terminated by the eventual divorce decree.
