remarriage of parties and custody orders

2 children born during first marriage.Parties divorced, then remarried in same state. Had a 3rd child in another, mother filed for divorce. Does new state have jurisdiction to set custody order for 1sr 2 children or does previous order from 1st divorce govern. Why or why not?

Without researching the issue it would seem that the second marriage voided the first divorce and the custody visitation order. If you want a researched answer you will have to pay for it.
