Legal Question in Family Law in California
I remarried before my divorce was final, obviously not aware that the dates I had were incorrect. I thought the dates we signed our papers we were divorced not the dates it was filed. We didn’t redo our vows. Am I still eligible for my alimony for my first husband

Well yes and yet probably no. The alimony was not legally cancelled since the remarriage was void. However, "romantic cohabitation" with a new partner is usually grounds to reduce or end spousal support even without marriage. You also probably don't want to go into court and confess a crime (bigamy). You should be looking at how to clean up your second marriage. You don't have any of the rights that go with that. You need to have that marriage annulled and get remarried or you lose all legal rights that you acquire upon marriage.
