Legal Question in Family Law in California
If I get remarried, does my income add to my husbands income, therefore my income will increase the amount of child support he pays? I curently have two children I gain child support for, as I have them full time.

When you remarry, a new spouse's income does go into the Dissomaster calcultions, but it only hits the tax estimation and deduction lines, because those will be affected in determining your income available for support. Sometimes your after tax income goes up and sometimes down when you marry. Neither spouse's income is included in the income available for support of the other spouse's child(ren).
