Getting Re-married

I am ready to get re-married, but my divorce is not finalized yet. I have been seperated from soon to be ex-husband for almost a year. We have filed an uncontested divorce, and we have no children. Can I get re-married in Las Vagas, NV before the divorce is fully finalized?

You could get married but the marriage would not be valid. You must complete the divorce prior to being married again.
