I remarried after i thought i was divoriced. But apparently it wasn't. Since then the husband that i thought i divorced passed away so is my marriage to my know husband legal

No. A bigamous marriage, even by mistake, is void. It's as if it never happened. One can file an annulment action to clear the record, but that is not necessary for the marriage to be void from the very beginning. What you CAN do now, however, is marry your current husband again to make it legal, which you probably should do ASAP.
