I want to remarry

If my divorce is not final from a previous marriage, am I legally married to my current spouse.

If your divorce is not final from a previous marrige, then you are not legally married to your current spouse. Thus, your spouse has grounds to have the marriage annuled on the grounds of fraud, if your current spouse does not know.

I would recommend getting divorced as quickly as possible, annuling your current marrage, and then getting remarried.
