Removal of MY financial responsibilty for automobile

Divorce was final 07/2004. It was agreed that the Leased automobile would be the finacncial responsibilty of my X. He insures and drives it. The lease is under my name only. He continually pays the payment late and will not communicate with me about refinancing the vehicle as agreed and it's be over a year. Do I have any legal recourse at all to force him to refinance the automobile? What type of Lawyer should I consult? Thanks

You need to go to court and get an order that either he makes the payments timely and that he must refinance the car lease or the car is sold after the time allowed for refinance.
