How do i remove my ex-husband name from timeshare account

My ex-husband and I bought timeshare 5 years ago while we were married. After divorce, he has not been paying for the maintainence fee and now it has become a burden for me to keep up with this debt. I've decided to sell it, but could not get a hold of him to sign the release form to an agency. What should i do to fix this? How can i get his name off if I can't get him to sign?

if you can find him then ask him to sign off or you will go to civil court on a quiet title action. the family court will not be interested in dealing with property issues after judgment is entered.
