How to remove someone from my home

Before I married almost seven years ago I ask my husband to be to sign a prenuptial agreement to protect my home whick I had been paying for, for 15 years. He signed it and there is no problem with that. But how do I get him out of my house? I can't do a 30 day notice because he doesn't pay rent. Do you have any idea how I can get him out?

You will need to file a action for dissolution or your marriage or legal separation. You can file a motion asking for exclusive use and possession of the home. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
