Removing a child from a home

My ex has a restraining order put against her husband for domestic abuse against her and mabey the children also. Can the children be pulled out of the home based on this order if she has let him move back into the houshold even if there hasn't been any abuse reported since he moved back? His ex wife also had a restraining order against him and he has been acused of molestion charges with another family member.

Yes the children can be taken from the home if there has been abuse and your ex fails to protect the children. If your child is in that home you may wish to talk to an attorney to get custody of the your child to protect your child. If you believe that there is ongoing abuse you may wish to advise the child protective service agency in order to investigate and protect the children. Good Luck
