Removing children from CA state, what forms?

What form(s) do I need to fill out to take my children with me out of CA state before legal custody has been resolved (going to NC State).

A written agreement that you can move to NC signed by the other parent should be sufficient.

You should review your custody agreement on how to remove children from the state. Moreover, you need to give notice to your spouse and he may take you to court to dispute your move.
