Removing minor children out of the state

I have two sons, and I am divorced from there father. My new husband has been offered a civil service job in Or. (we currently live in Ca). My ex hasn't seen my children in a year and a half (at least). He owes 34,000 in child support, and has only paid $1,000 in six years. I have sole physical, but we have joint legal. What forms do I need to fill out to leave the state?

fill out an OSC regarding modification of visitation. you might consider filing a contempt action against him for past support. your best bet is to hire an attorney. these types of cases can be complicated.
