Renigs on boob job
If, when a woman marries a man he tells her that if she has his children he will pay to have her boobs fixed after she has had those children, she agrees but no formal written instrument is created to document the agreement, then has the children, only to learn that now he will not pay for the operation, can she sue him for it without actually going through divorce proceedures. My husband is now renigging on the deal, the kids are here, I have had tubal ligation and now would like the wind put back in my sails. I do not wish to divorce my husband but am extremely upset that he will not uphold his end of the bargain. What if anything can be done to force him to honor his part of the deal. I upheld mine, but as I am sure children are not reposessable or cant be returned, so taking it back is not an option. What rights do I have on this. I can not afford the $5000 - $7000 as I stay home with the children most of the time and only work a very parttime job. Any help or advice is appreciated.

His income is community income and subject to equal management and control.
