Can I report my ex husband to the INS when he is not giving me child support?

You can report him to whomever you want, but your chances of collecting support go down, not up, if he's deported. Not so? Much more effective is to go to your county Child Support Services office and get they're help. They're agressive. I know, being on the other side of the table with them at one time.
