reposession

I filed for divorce from my husband and its almost final, He is driving a vehicle we purchased together and I was the primary on the loan papers, he is not making payments on the vehicle, and its going on my credit report, can I reposese the vehicle and sell it if he is not making the payments?

YOu should file a motion to get an order that if he does not make the payments on time that you can pickup the vehicle and sell it. If he has sufficient cash request that he be ordered pay the loan off to remove your name.
