Legal Question in Family Law in California

Who can represent me in child support hearing?

I live out of the US but ex and non-custodial parent lives in US. Can I have a family member to represent me at child support hearing while I appear by telephone to answer any questions.

No. A family member won't do. You can appear on your own behalf by telephone in California, but it is not advisable.
