If I have Power of Attorney can I represent or speak on behalf of someone else in a court hearing even though I am not an attorney and does the judge have to allow me to ?

No, a general power of attorney, which is an attorney in fact, does not allow you to speak on another's behalf. You must be licensed as an attorney at law to speak on their behalf in a court of law. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
