Legal Question in Family Law in California

Request for Income and Benefit Information From Employer

I was wondering If I do not recieve a response to a Request for Production of an Income and Expense Declaration After Judgment. (I know I have to wait at least 35 days for a response) Can I file a Request for Income and Benefit Information From Employer. Also would it be comtempt of court if I didn't recieve the first request? Is it mandatory

to response to a request for income and expenses?.

Re: Request for Income and Benefit Information From Employer

You can file a motion to require the production and also subpena the records from the employer. You should be able to collect your attorney's fees for the filing of the motion. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
