You should consider filing for a move away order. This order will be signed by the judge allowing you to remove your daughter from the state. If you can prove to the judge why your child's best interests may be met through the move and/or how your child will be able to maintain a relationship with her father, it is possible that the judge will make the order supporting the move.

I would be happy to speak with you more regarding this.

You will need to bring a motion in court for a court order allowing you to change the visitation plan due to changed circumstances. It helps a lot that you already have sole physical custody. It also helps that the father already lives a long way away. Financial hardship is a valid reason to move the child away from another parent. If you will be making more money, that should reduce the father's support obligation. Put this way, he may not be so objectionable. Also, if you can show the court you already have a guaranteed job offer, that would help to.
