Legal Question in Family Law in California
When researching my family law case online at OCCourts.com when I pick the sub-category on the register of actions list "MINUTE ORDERS" Why are only motions and conferences listed? Not Request for Order's? Do RFO's not get minute orders?

An RFO is a form of motion. Not all motions get minute orders. The court can issue orders in a number of ways, including entering the order on the minutes of the court clerk (minute orders), issuing a formal written order of the court, or directing the prevailing party to prepare a final written order to be entered an filed.
