Legal Question in Family Law in California

We reside in CA and meet residency requirements. We are selling the house. Should I take half of the value of the house and half of all monies when I move out of state. I do not trust my spouse. I will file for divorce the day I move out with half of the assets. There are no debts or kids.

Also which state is more favorable to women in a divorce...OK or CA?

You should file and serve with your CA divorce petition with a motion requesting that the sale proceeds be divided by court order.
