Respondant desires appeal
I am on disability and had a nervous breakdown and severe de pression as I began to notice my beloved husband financially expoliting me. He wanted a divorce spo I filed.
At our trial, I represented myself, afer going through to lawyers who were not being effective at getting me out of victimization of my X's financial expolitations.
I was not well prepared and forget to mention some of the other areas where my X owes me additional monies.
His lawyer is waiting for me to review the judgement , sign and return to him for forwardiing to the Court for signature. I just know if I ask him to add the additional debt, he'll say I cannot, so I need to know what my rights are. Can I appeal? Does my disability count anywhere here for my error? What do I need to do to add to the judgement that hasn't been finalized yet.?

You can file an appeal, but appeals are granted because an individual fails to present all of the issues at the trial. You should contact an attorney and discuss the matter.
