As the respondent to a Contested Divorce in California. Can I request a change in Child Custody, and the termination of Spousal Support?

Yes, you can always ask for these things, as well as a change in child support. But for there to be a change, you need to have an initial order. Was there? If a true change, then the court looks for a substantial change in circumstances to grant a change. I would highly suggest that you find a local attorney who specializes in Family Law matters to help you.
