Legal Question in Family Law in California

What happens when the respondent in a divorce case does not file FL-141 and FL-144 (in the state of California)? I have filed all forms necessary to enter a final judgment but my husband has not completed these forms. What can I do to move forward with the divorce?

It's an either or with those two forms. If the respondent fails to serve you with the FL-141, you have to file a motion to have the court order the respondent to comply. Take a look at Family Code section 2107, here: http://law.onecle.com/california/family/2107.html
