Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex (respondent) has filed for osc modification and uniform custody, I haven't received the paperwork I've only seen it on the internet. I don't want any of it I actually want him to have less of everything since he hasn't been around in over a year. Should I wait for the court date or file myself

You need to file a Response to the OSC and in it state the visitation schedule you want and your reasons for wanting his visitation decreased. You don't need to file your own OSC. Good Luck.
