Who is respondible for court ordred costs?

If a minor child gets into trouble with the law and

the court orders such things like drug tests and

drug classes where there is a cost, are both the custodial and non custodial parents equally responsible for payment of these? Are both parents responsible for payment to

the county for care and support also or only the custodial parent?

Check your stipulated agreement or the court order. Usually, these types of expenses are shared between the parents.
