Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am responding to a nullity of marriage. My husband and I have been married 3 + years, and we bought a home with my husbands inheritance after we were married for about 1 year, my question is do I have any rights to our home?

That is a much more complex question than you seem to think. It requires an analysis of the sources of all the money that went into the home and what it paid for. If he paid all cash, took title in only his name, and never spent earnings or other community assets on the house that increased its value, then you have no claim to it. If community assets went into the value of the house (not expenses, such as taxes) then the community is entitled to a reimbursement of which half would be yours. If the funds and/or title were more mingled than that, it gets much more complicated.
