No Response Default regarding a divorce petition

I recently served divorce papers to my husband. He was given 30 days to respond, which he failed to do. How does this no response affect me? Also, I was told I needed to file with the court a Request To Enter Default. Should that be filed before or after I file the Order to Show Cause and the Income and Expense Form? I'm very confused and would greatly appreciate some advice.

An attorney can help you do an uncontested divorce at a flat reasonable rate. If you want to do a motion for relief from the court i would suggest you get the help of an attorney to guide you through the process.

In the alternative there are self help books at your local library.
