Responsibilities of Non-custodial father

I have raised my 13y old nephew since he was 2 months old. (no lgl papers, sister unable to raise) Last yr we located his father by internet. He filed for custody. I was awarded sole phy and legal custody. father had visitation and was to send me insurance cards. He didn't. father has ''power'' issues and cut all communication. how do I find out what minor is entitled to.

You should talk to an attorney about enforcing judgment, including child support. That is the best way to find out what the minor is entitled to receive. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
