Responsibility after marriage

Live-in partner has ourstanding judgment,if I Marry in June, will I be responsible for that debt??--name removed--

Generally, no. Debts incurred prior to marriage are separate debts and the community has no obligation to pay them. Keep in mind that a judgment creditor can collect a judgment from community assets. Perhaps you should consider speaking with a local family law attorney to speak about a pre-marital agreement which precludes the creation of any community property?
