responsible party for taxes owed

Last year we lost our trucking business. We filed bankruptcy. Taxes due and CA EDD audit is pending. Husband has asked for divorce ( he has filed in AR where he is residing.) He was the president I was the secretary. Who is liable for past due taxes?

You should consult an arizona based attorney. As arizona laws will apply it is important to know your legal rights before you get a divorce.

Taxes in california are typically the responsibility of both parties.
