Restraining Order Appeal

My daughter asked for the restraining order against me. My attorney advised me not to go to court for 4 mo. Cooling time for her. Now I find out I should have gone to court since the attorney made lots of mistakes. I like to Appeal. What form do I need to represent myself. Thank you

you better hire an attorney to file the appeal if you want any chance at success.
