Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a restraining order against my ex boyfriend. The order also protects my children. My mother and father had to block him in social media as well as his phone number due to harassing texts. For the past couple of months, he has been contacting the father of my children and telling him these horrible lies about me. Is there anything I can do about this? The anxiety of this is so stressful. The last time I spoke with him ( before restraining order) he stated he would not stop until he destroyed my life and I know he is following through with that by trying to jeopardize the custody I have of my children. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Depending upon what your restraining order says, (if he cannot annoy or harass you and/ or the children) what he's doing on social media is exactly that. You may need to return to court on a contempt motion and also report this behavior to the police since this abusive social media behavior can be a crime. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to assist you on this matter.
