Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a restraining order on my children's father for domestic violence and I have had one on his mother that no longer is active for harassment and stalking, I cannot have contact with him or his family and his mother has guardianship of only 2 of my 3 children! without consent or court order ever given to me all 3 of my children have been moved out of the state! my daughter is very ill and I cannot seem to get help finding out her condition they are trying to hide it from me! they in all bad intention sent my mother a picture of my daughter and how she looks now just to be cruel! while speaking to my oldest she was forced off the phone and mistreated, how is it possible that they can just get away with taking my daughters away like that? they are not even housed in the same home's im afraid for my children's safety! since moving both father and grandmother have been sent to jail and ware bouts on who takes care of the children are a mystery! the children are neglected and mistreated and there health is a concern it took my daughter passing out in school for someone to finally pay attention to her and send her to the hospital where they found tumors in her head and now her hair has fallen off! I have been a victim of manipulation and domestic violence and suffered physically and emotionally because of both parties! they have lied and stolen my children from me and I cannot seem to get any help on bringing my children back home where they belong! can I get any help from anyone or do I get to live in such pain due to lies and father and grandmother win? please I seek help urgently! can I ask for a copy of my children's health records? to find out what's really going on??

Your situation is much to complex to obtain an answer on the internet. You should make an appointment with an attorney in your area and discuss your case. You have provided no information as court orders for custody, visitation etc. How long have the children been out of the state of California. Is there a case for custody pending? These questions must be answered and evaluated by an attorney. This cannot be be done adequately over the internet.
