Restraining Order

Once the court has decided and orders an eject order and a restraining order, can it be appealed?

Absolutely. you will have to file a Notice of Appeal (or Writ) and a Designation of Record. If the order was made on default, motion to set aside judgement might be appropriate. I recommend getting an attorney on this one though.
