Legal Question in Family Law in California

restraining order details

I was recently served with a temorary restraining order. The order specifies that I cannot come within 100 yards of the protected person-(my childs mother.) On Saturday's I'm supposed to drop off my child at the local Mcdonalds. There is no one specified to act in her place to pick up the child and she has not notified me about anyone. The local police say not to release the child to anyone unless the mother indicates ahead of time who the designated person will be. Please comment.

Re: restraining order details

If the restraining order does not have a provision for peaceful contact for visitation, do not go to there for the child exchange. Wait for the hearing date, and then ask about visitation.
