Restraining order

A Family (father, mother, and daughter) have a restraining order against an individual. The mother breaks the restraining order and see's the individual. Is the mother allowed to let the daughter (a minor) also see the individual against the fathers wishes?

If the child is protected by the restraining order and the mother is consciously committing that breakage i would let her know this is serious and that it may result in a new custody order based on that danger.
