Legal Question in Family Law in California

Hello, I have a restraining order filed against me. In addition I am on probation from a totally un related case. Do I need to attend the hearing of the restraining order, and will having this order filed against me, will it hurt my probation in any way? Thank You for your response.

The restraining order itself does not violate your probation. The question is whether the conduct you engaged in that led to the restraining order violated your probation, such as a probation term that required you to stay away from somewhere or someone.
