Legal Question in Family Law in California

I had a restraining order filed against me full of lies, she did not show up to the court date can she refile with the same stuff said before?? I want to go after her for perjury what do i need to prove what do i need to do??

You need to disengage from this person. Walk away. Otherwise sooner or later one of you will wind up with actual grounds for a restraining order, and trust me, neither person looks very good to the rest of the world when that happens. There is no way to avoid a totally no-win situation except by completely walking away from this person.
