Restraining order !

If i'm going to a restraining order hearing vs. my ex-husband, and he has an attorney, do i need one also? am i allowed to question him, if i'm not an attorney?

Yes, you are allowed to question him. And yes, if you are going to be up against an attorney, you should have an attorney. At least consult with one before you go in.
