Legal Question in Family Law in California

Restraining Order

My husband said that because I have a restraining order against him that he's having trouble with our insurance company, that they aren't providing him with the help he's trying to get. He spent 7 day's in the BHU at out local hosp. and I think he's very confused still. I think he's trying to get unreasonable care, he's trying to get a home nurse or some such nonsense, he had a mental breakdown. I want to let him know it has nothing to do with the restraining order, he's begging me to take it off, that's not going to happen for awhile. Will a restraining order affect his health insurance coverage?
