restraining order question

my ex-girlfriends parents forced her to get a restraining order on me. since then we have reconciled our differences and want the order removed. she was not 18 when the order was filed for and finalized. my question(s) are A. Who can enforce the restraining order in this case? parents? only her? anyone? B. she is 18 now, can she remove the restraining order without her parents knowledge? C. what steps does she have to take to do so? thank you.
