restraining order replay
After over7yrs of being abused I let myself be so controlled by entering into domesic partnership I would do anything to avoid loud confrontations My ex possessive& manipulative Past year really was dog brought me back .I was terrified of her Timing visits to avoid her promising to allow dog visitation In signing dissolution /notary denied obligation ignored my calls Yet,I never went to house w/out OK she began saying I was harassing her trying to provoke me finally falsifying events to get restraining order at the hearing she added more false accusations i.e. death threats she herself proved false. However judge only allowed me to answer his question my truthful answerconvicts me I had disproved her statements in response manipulating me easily my reaction to a planned and provoked scenario Under threat of contempt I was forbidden to speak, ask questions regardless He had allowed prior case defendants way more response time. I suspect a possible bias annoyed by my stress related behavior anxiety and fear friends had come help talking tocalm me Presiding(not judge)lawyer bias related ruling unfair.Do victimsof violence gloat to pals of abuser?
