Legal Question in Family Law in California

Currently have Restraining Order stating supervised visitation with psych evaluation needed to remove supervised visitation on open court date till completed. Divorce has been filed that has current standing RO attached to keep visitation as is with court date in Sept 2010. Evaluation is now complete. Do I return to family law court that ordered RO with completed evaulation to get visitation changed? Or do I wait for divorce court?

It should be consodated into the same case in one court.
