restraining order

my wife moved our home, then proceeded to file a temporary restraining order. my question is if she comes back and stays (for any amount of time) is SHE in violation of the restraining order.

She is not in contempt, but you may very well be. If the order says that you must stay away from her, you must stay away from her wherever she is, even if it is at your home. If she wants to come home, you need to have the restraining order dismissed. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
