Restraining order

How can i writw to the children court judge to lift a restraining orderthat was put on my husband to ''protect me'' and the children. Iwant the restraining order lifted because the children are not scared of their father me neither. He did not do what they accused him of doing. I want it lfted to the best interest of the children they need both parents and we have been doing court ordered councelling

the court may or may not set aside the order. you will have to convince the judge that it is in everyone's best interest.
